FAU Announces the winners of the competition of three minutes (3MTВ®) '

The Florida Atlantic University has announced the winners of the 2021 three-minute thesis (3mt В® ) organized by the graduate college.

The goal of the 3MTВ® competition is for FAU-graduate students of all departments and universities to cultivate their research, including broad and meaning, in a language that an audience, both specialists and Non-specialists contains, appropriate. The 3MTВ® competition offers FAU-Graduate students with the opportunity to sharpen their professional development skills to promote their passion for the discovery, to promote the preservative research and promotion of the community.

"Our graduate programs are trying to prepare students after completing their advanced financial statements for academic and non-academic career," said Robert W. Stackman, Jr., Ph., Professor and Dean of Fau's Graduate College. "One of the critical skills that employers are looking for the applicants is the ability to effectively communicate. The three-minute discon competition (3MT В®) allows participants to their many years of graduating research in a well-made and clearly loaned message distill. More than 50 doctoral students proposed three minutes of videos that set up their research projects. Eighteen students rose to the championship and received scholarship prices. A panel of distinguished FAU community members serve the panels of the championship to determine the first of 2021 first place, runners and the second Runner-up championship winners. The People's Choice Award was determined by more than 11,000 public viewers online votes.

Fau 3MTВ® is a venue for students from different disciplines to interact with each other and to discuss their research and impact.
